My Crafts:

I crochet, knit, sew, and mix up things in the kitchen. Mostly I share these things with friends and family but sometimes I will take on a commission.  Check out some of my things here.

My Art:

In January 2019 I started painting.  I find the process very relaxing and I love the end result.  Much like my writing, the art seems to focus my mind and allows me to de-stress.  Finished pieces, works-in-progress, sketch book pages and more can be found on my instagram page @frhumphreycreates.
